Breaking News: DMX Caught With Drugs In Jail; To Remain Incarcerated

Rapper DMX will remain incarcerated, after jail officials in Yuma State Prison found the rapper with drugs behind bars.

According to reports, DMX has been cited for drug possession, failing and refusing a drug test and smoking, all during his incarceration.

The rapper, who was supposed to be released from jail on Wednesday (July 13th), will be locked up for at least another week and possibly longer.

DMX, born Earl Simmons, was sentenced to a year in prison in December of 2010, for failing to report to his probation officer and refusing to undergo drug treatment.

The rapper has been arrested six times in Maricopa County, Arizona, alone and at least once every year, since 1999.

Foxy Brown In Court Over 'Mooning' Incident; Faces A Year In Jail.

 Brooklyn rapper Foxy Brown is slated to start trial today (July 12th), for allegedly exposing her bare bottom to a neighbor during an argument.

Foxy Brown was arrested around this time last year (July 21st, 2010), after she became involved in a dispute with her neighbor/long time nemesis, Arlene Raymond.

Arlene Raymond and Foxy Brown got into a dispute over the volume of Foxy's music, as she was allegedly rehearsing for a show at B.B. Kings Blues & Grill in Manhattan.

Raymond claimed that after she complained about the music's volume, Foxy Brown walked up to her home, called her a “dirty b**ch” and then lifted up her skirt and mooned her, exposing her butt, while shouting “kiss my ass.”

The issue has become serious for Foxy Brown, who was ordered to stay away from Raymond, after she was convicted of assaulting her with her BlackBerry in August of 2007.

Foxy Brown, born Inga Marchand, is accused of violating a protection order, which could send her back to jail for a year.

Last month, Foxy hit the headlines again when she was an hour late for a preliminary hearing in relation to the trial.

Foxy Brown's lawyer took the blame for her tardiness, saying he provided her with the wrong time to appear in court.

Lil Wayne's Backup Dancers Accused Of Beating Down Waitress In P.F. Changs

Two dancers associated with rapper Lil' Wayne's tour were charged with beating up a waitress at P.F. Chang's in West Hartford, Connecticut.

The women were in town to rehearse for Lil Wayne's performance tomorrow night (July 13th) at the Comcast theater, as part of his "I Am Music II" tour.

The women are contracted performers for Lil Wayne, but they are not employees of Lil Wayne's record label Young Money Records, or the tour.

According to Hartford Police Department, the two women argued with the waitress about splitting the check.

The women left, but when they returned to get a cell phone that had been left behind, they began the assault on the waitress.

One woman pulled the waitress's hair, while another one punched her and pushed her to the ground, where the women continued the assault.

Charged in the assault were Jennifer Slaughter, 24 and Della Hamby, 26.

The dancing assailants were charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
